Two Mikes Resin Accessories

Two Mikes is back up and running after our relocation to our new homes and workshop. We have gotten the workshop set up and running and ordering is returning to normal finally!! We want to thank all of you for your patience and understanding while we made the change. We surely appreciate it!

Now onto bigger and better things!! Not only have we moved, we are releasing seven new products tomorrow, June 12th!! Go take a look at the new items we are offering in 1/72 and in 1/48! This is our single largest release schedule and also includes our largest set to date in the 1/72 Avro Vulcan Landing Gear Bays! We are VERY excited about the new stuff and have a lot more on the way. The next releases on the docket will happen right around middle August and will coincide with the IPMS/USA National Convention in Columbus, Ohio. We will have all sorts of new stuff ranging from some new figures, to 1/35 accessories for you Armor enthusiasts. You 1/48 and 1/32 jet guys will also be extremely happy with what we have coming as well. Oh, I forgot to mention, we are also looking into a line of 1/72 and 1/48 ordnance for US/ European and Russian modelers! I for one am very excited about this!!

We also have a plea out for anyone who does photo etch!! We ave some projects upcoming and Photo etch is going to be a very integral part of what we want to do.

One last thing, we want to thank some great friends of Two Mikes Resin. Without the help of these guys and lady we simply would not be where we are today or where we will be moving forward. So THANK YOU Adam Aboud, Gabe Pincelli, Jennifer Wright, Rich Cullen, Chuck Cook, Mike O'Hare, Andy Brooks, Jim Raynor, Bob Sanchez, Jim Rotrammel, Steve Bamford, David Hannant and Brett Green. These folks have not only helped with products and masters, some of them have helped with reviews and discussion paes on their own websites. We are eternally grateful for that!! If we have forgotten to mention you we apologize profusely. So amny people have aided us and these are the folks who have stood out in our first 15 months of existance.

Naturally we want to thank you, our customers most! Without you, Two Mikes would not be here. We will never take you for granted!!! Thanks to you in the 15 months we have been around we have had well over 300 orders off our website, have two major distributors and sell to several hobby shops worldwide. Thanks to that, our line is expanding and is increasing in scope. We don't just want to do airplane parts, we want to get involved in all aspects of our hobby. So, if you have ideas or want to try your hand at master making, contact us!! We listen and will do what we can to get your hard work out there for the world to appreciate!!

One last thing, we are on Twitter!! Check us out at TwoMikesResin on Twtter for up to date product news, secret project hints and general silliness!! We are also going to start a blog there in the near future so it will turn into our newsletter. We have had issues getting our newsletter software to work so Twitter will be our way of getting the word out there along with great websites such as Britmodeler, Aircraftresourcecenter and Hyperscale.

 REAL BIG news!!

We are proud to announce that we are doing at least four resin enhancements for the recently announced Two Bobs 1/48 T-2C Buckeye model kit! We have been planning this kit and aftermarket with Bob for some time now and we are just excited to be on board. The initial release of the kit and our first two sets will be at the IPMS/USA National Convention in Columbus, Ohio this August. Two Mikes parts will not be in the kit but will be sold as seperate items direct from us and our distributors. This is the first of several joint ventures with Two Bobs that we have planned.

One update on the above T-2 kit update sets we are doing. As we will not be able to get a test shot in hand until late May, we will NOT have any update sets available for the Buckeye at the upcoming IPMS National Convention in Columbus. However, we will ave some of our sets by mid to late September. We are very sorry to have to put this off but we also do not want to put out a sub par and rushed product. We will guarantee though that what we have planned will be pretty awesome and the masters are being done by someone VERY familiar with the Buckeye and one of our very good friends. More news on this as we get closer to release.

Another item we have just about ready to get on the market is a 1/48 ASAT Missile for the F-15A Eagle. Two Bobs will be releasing a decal sheet for these jets and their sheet will include the relevant markings for the missile we are doing. The missile will include a pylon as well.
